Rastislav graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Comenius University in Bratislava (2000), specializing in European Integration and the Institute of International Relations and Approximation of Law at the Rastislav is managerial expert of MESA10Law Faculty of the Comenius University (2002). He joined MESA10 in 2000.He manages the office of MESA10 and oversees the support for its members and coordination of MESA10 freelance experts. He is involved in the financial management, administration, budgeting and projects´ implementation. Rastislav has been a invaluable member of the teams created for the implementation and evaluation of several surveys and is a co-author of several publications and analytical studies.
