Milan has a distinguished record in Foreign Policy, combining experience from the government, working on business projects, with the NGOs and from University teaching. A graduate in International Law, he was Foreign Policy Advisor to the Milan is Foreign Policy expert of MESA10Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda at the time of Slovakia’s entry to the European Union and to the North Atlantic Alliance. Milan recently served as Slovakia´s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs (2010-2012). He joined MESA10 in 2006 as a Senior Fellow and runs its Foreign Policy Program. He focuses on EU and NATO issues, sharing the transitional and reform experience of Slovakia and developmental cooperation. Milan speaks English, French and Russian.
